I have this in my Sonic' Ultimate Genesis Collection. Don't recall playing it, though I think I played 3 or 4 and remember liking it very much. I think it was so I could unlock the first one so that I could play them in order.
Quite nice to visit and have so many new posts, thanks Leigh ; )
PS: BTW, this is my first english podcast... and I'm almost getting all of it, I'm proud of me ; P PS2: Also, read a little of your Formspring and you're some kind of Dr of Love and Videogames.... amazing. PS3: Finally found how to pronounce Leigh!!!!
Phantasy Star 2 is just SO DAMNED GOOD. One of those games I go back and play every couple of years. Don't always finish it, but I play it for a while.
Got it in 1990. Was a SIXTEEN BIT RPG for my shiny new Genesis. Videogames & Computer Entertainment made it their "Game of the Year".
Rented it in the spring to get a taste, got it for my birthday early summer and played the HELL out of it till I beat it.
(The other RPG I got along side of it, Super Hydlide, I did not have as much luck with, though a later on help article in a gaming magazine got me through it.)

@José: What a great comment! I wish I had stuck with Spanish more, I might be reading some Spanish blogs right now! (anyone have any suggestions?)
@Captain Rufus: I haven't played much of Hydlide, but it's definitely a tough game to get into.
