My love of Harvest Moon is well-documented, and thus it's with great pleasure that I present this incredible gift given to me by artist Tanuki-nyo, featuring my favorite bachelors from the game (left to right: Vaughn, Cliff, Trent and Gray). Much, much appreciated!
I always pick the emo ones.

I remember playing Harvest Mon 64, and the tough, farm girl Ann was the one I went after. Once we got married and she was pregnant, she kept telling me she had a strange desire to eat horse feed.
So... I gave her horse feed as a gift to eat.
She was not happy, ha ha. My heart was in the right place though.
er, *moon*
Hunter (age 6): Who are those guys?
Me: That's a drawing of a few of the guys in the Harvest Moon series.
Hunter: What do they do?
Me: They're characters you can make friends with in the game, and if you're playing as a female character, you can eventually marry on of them.
Hunter: (puzzled look) Why do you have to be a female character to do that?
I've always wanted to get into Harvest Moon but I either don't have the time or each new game comes out at the same time as a huge release.
Pretty tempted to start a new game of Harvest Moon, actually. Are any of the recent ones any special? I stopped keeping track of all the versions maybe two, three years ago.
Haha, Hunter sounds awesome.
wooow harvest moon 64 is one of my favorite games everrrr. I've played a lot of the games in the series. I wish HM was more popular, most gamers don't even know what it is -_-

I love this article. There aren’t many posts that explain the subject matter.
The only Harvest Moon game I played was the original SNES version... I ended up marrying Ann, who, in this incarnation, is into technology and inventing.
