Well at least the Wii is being consistently unpredictable...

And I gotta agree that this is the year the PS3 is finally looking good, from a conventional and unobsessive consumer's point of view. Fiiiinally.

Sean Malstrom has been predicting this for a while and thinks that the Wii will swing up soon with the release of NSMB Wii and Wii Sports Resort.

makes me wonder what some designers from something like Silent Hill 2 are working on today, or if a project like Silent Hill 2 could even be conceivable today. some of those people are most likely working on a very relevant Facebook app about calmly taking care of a pet that could just as well be renamed 'animal therapy', which is very, very sad.

indies can't get out of puberty soon enough I guess.

My optics were significantly distorted so much that the quote totally went over my head, but that could just be the India Pale Ale talking.

I believe that one of the artists from Silent Hill 2 has contributed to an indie game by Tale of Tales but I doubt that any of them are making millions on Facebook.

What the... fudge? Oh, I get what he's saying. He's saying that the sweaty pancakes are obscuring the contact lenses of a smartly dressed corporate Godzilla.

Remember, people, no fruit chew chews chewier.

Dunno where it comes from... I just googled around for bubble popping and found this slo-mo photo all over the place.

i don't get it, is the bubble the wii? or is the finger the wii and the bubble the 'industry'?

I think the finger is the Wii and the bubble is the analyst's analysis.

The problem is the "hardcore" basically mocked the Wii as being underpowered and not full of Modern Warfare like "manly" games.

Its success proves not everyone needs or WANTS that sort of game. Or that folks are tired of that sort of thing.

Course many of the same people who said the Wii was lame defended the 360's early brakedowns blaming it on stupid people who dared put their game system on the FLOOR or in a media cabinet like all the other electronics we put in such shelves since.. oh.. FOREVER.

They also claimed the PS3's pre pricedrop point was fair and agreed with the removal of backwards compatibility.

Basically stupid people.
